Digital Advertising Manager

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to join the Marketing Team to growth hack and manage our social and search advertising campaigns. The Digital Advertising Manager will drive the creation of campaigns, analyze performance and manage advertising agencies for all Output products. The ideal candidate is an expert in Facebook advertising, Instagram advertising, Google Adwords and has a desire to always find and test the next new advertising platform. 


Responsibilities

  • Work alongside VP Marketing, Brand Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to determine the best campaigns and ads to run at any given time
  • Work alongside the Line Producer and Video Content Manager to generate the best video content for use in advertising
  • Coordinate and manage external advertising agencies
  • Build and execute campaigns on all platforms
  • Using best practices, analyze the results of campaigns.
  • Create weekly reports for executive team.
  • Design metrics, reports and dashboards for presentation.
  • Effectively communicate and present results to stakeholders.
  • Identify and on-board necessary tools for performing analysis and presenting results.
  • Stay at the forefront of advertising platforms, technologies and trends.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social and search advertising.
  • Expert knowledge in Facebook, Instagram advertising and Google Adwords
  • Experience in statistical analysis and modeling a plus.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and BI tools.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools.
  • Brings a structured approach to solving business challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Highly organized and a clear communicator.
  • Energized to always improve the performance of your work.
  • An interest in music production a plus.
