We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager who is a thoughtful leader ready to manage all people-related projects at Output. The role calls for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and a strong working knowledge of HR best practices. This manager will be a resource for employees, create employee engaging programs to improve retention, and help with the management of the office. The best candidate must be trustworthy, very organized, willing to take on new challenges each day, and ready to help grow the company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for all open positions
  • Lead the on-boarding of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve current HR processes
  • Conduct monthly payroll alongside our accountants
  • Manage health benefits and lead open enrollment periods
  • Manage employee relations for complaints, suggestions, and questions
  • Ensure Output is up to date on all compliance
  • Source new HR technology as needed and project management the implementation
  • Create and lead employee engagement programs
  • Lead the management of the Output office
  • Plan engaging internal company events
  • Be an agent of company culture


Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Expert knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Strong knowledge of best HR practices and industry standards.
  • Experience in recruiting across all departments
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Friendly and personable
