Output is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role, the Executive Assistant will the main support system for the CEO by scheduling and attending meetings, taking minutes, and performing a wide variety of administrative duties.


Responsibilities

  • Manages the CEOs schedule
  • Schedule and attend meetings
  • Take minutes and list action items for CEO and team members
  • Arrange travel
  • Assists with personal errands during work hours
  • May help plan company events and gatherings


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent email etiquette
  • Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Ability to multitask
  • Friendly and personable
