The Business Operations Manager at Output is the right hand of the General Manager, leading exciting projects that affect the daily operations of the business, its customers, and its employees. The role calls for a jack-of-all-trades with an interest in building and growing a company by rolling your sleeves up and getting the job done. The Business Operations Manager will lead projects ranging from improving customer experience, researching and implementing new services for our website, HR, marketing, support, and aiding our hardware product operations. 


Responsibilities

    •    Lead internal projects related to the operations of marketing, website, HR and customer support

    •    Research, recommend, and project manage the implementation of new technologies and services for multiple departments

    •    Work alongside VP of Hardware and General Manager to improve and manage Hardware product operations

    •    Lead the management of the Output office

    •    Assist with the on-boarding of new employees

    •    Assist in monthly sales reporting and accounting

    •    Take on various projects at the direction of the General Manager

    •    Be a leader to all in the organization


Requirements

    •    Bachelor's degree required

    •    Background in business operations preferred

    •    Background in finance a plus

    •    Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving

    •    Ability to jump from one unrelated project to the next

    •    Ability to work fast and maintain quality

    •    Excellent email etiquette

    •    Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office

    •    Able to prioritize tasks and work independently

    •    Friendly and personable
